By downloading or using Nuzzy, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Nuzzy helps you and your household track your pets' medications, doses and chronic-illness care. We provide the app "as is" and work to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Not veterinary advice

Nuzzy is an organizational tool, not a veterinary or medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Dosages, schedules and reminders reflect what you enter. Always confirm medications and clinical decisions with your veterinarian. You are responsible for your pet's care.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the data you enter.
• You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account).

Subscriptions

• Nuzzy is free to start. Optional subscriptions unlock more: Pro ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) and Care ($9.99/month or $79.99/year). Prices may vary by region.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Payments, refunds and renewals are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse-engineering, disrupting the service, or using it unlawfully.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nuzzy and OpStudio are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including any pet-health outcome. The app supports your care routine; it does not replace professional veterinary judgment.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
